Little Girls....

Today we had EmeJoy's 3 rd birthday party. Today is not actually her birthday, but it was the best day for family to make it. When asked what kind of presents she wanted, she had no answer. "Do you want toys?" "No, I have toys." "Do you want clothes?" "You silly, I already have clothes. See? I'm wearing them." What she wanted most was balloons and fire on her cake.
This afternoon I could not tell if she was severly overstimulated or severly disappointed. Either way, she was crabby and snotty to everyone. OyVey! She did love her new birthday boots though. She also loved her other gifts and did not want to share them with anyone. Goodness, I hope she gets over it soon. We'll try again on Tuesday and see if she has a better attitude!

It's about time!

I've been meaning to start a family blog and since it's Friday night, I have a house full of giggly girls and a sleeping husband...what better time!
I really enjoy reading and keeping up with friends and their families through blogs, now I have one more thing to keep me from doing the things that need to be done in my house. Also, I can release the things on my mind and not overwhelm my husband with all the things I don't get to express during the day.
